Job summary

HUS diagnostiikkakeskus in Helsinki seeks an occupational therapist for the central Helsinki region to join the Internal Medicine and Rehabilitation unit on a permanent basis starting 29 September 2026 or as agreed. The role is within the Neurology Rehabilitation Unit at Synapsia House, focusing on functional capacity assessment and therapy planning in a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Experience in neurological occupational therapy in a rehabilitation ward.
• Enthusiasm, willingness to learn, flexibility and teamwork.
• Familiarity with other specialist fields in nursing and therapy is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate functional capacity of patients.
• Design and implement therapy programs.
• Advise and guide patients on therapy goals.
• Coordinate ongoing therapy in a multiprofessional setting.
