Job summary

Fiskars Group is seeking a Solution Manager for MFT & EDI to join our global Integration Services team. You will own the technical direction of our MFT capability, help select a future platform, and design secure, scalable B2B integrations across markets.

Work with SAP teams, partners, and internal stakeholders in a hybrid Espoo-based setup. You will influence architecture, operating models, and long-term roadmap while collaborating with a seven-person team responsible for API, MFT, and EDI

Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise integration technologies and secure file transfer or B2B integrations.
• Hands-on experience with secure file transfer technologies (SFTP, FTPS, AS2, certificates, encryption).
• Ability to translate business requirements into robust technical integration solutions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in an international environment.
• Fluent English; SAP integrations and IDocs are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical direction, architecture, standards, and development roadmap for our global MFT capability.
• Lead design for new MFT integrations, partner onboardings, and platform enhancements.
• Design secure, scalable B2B integration solutions with internal teams and external partners.
• Contribute to EMEA EDI standards, best practices, and platform improvements.
• Drive reliability, automation, security, monitoring, and operations efficiency.
• Collaborate with integration architect, SAP teams, service managers, and stakeholders.
• Provide technical guidance in resolving complex integration issues.
