Job summary

Stelfox IT Recruitment is seeking QA/QC Engineers for mechanical and electrical packages on-site in Espoo, Finland. You will monitor MEP works, develop QA/QC procedures, and ensure compliance with project specs.

The role requires a degree in engineering or construction (mechanical or electrical), proven QA/QC experience on large-scale projects, and strong documentation skills. You will coordinate with design teams and subcontractors to close quality issues.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering or construction, preferably mechanical or electrical.
• Proven experience as QA/QC on large-scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of MEP standards and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to develop and implement QA/QC procedures.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and inspect MEP works for compliance with specs and standards.
• Develop and maintain project QA/QC procedures for MEP works.
• Review method statements, ITPs, and submittals from subcontractors.
• Perform site inspections and issue NCRs when required.
• Maintain records of inspections, tests, and certifications.
• Support resolution of quality issues and drive corrective actions.
• Collaborate with design teams and subcontractors to close quality matters.
