Job summary

This hands-on role offers direct exposure to industrial operations and practical problem-solving in daily workflows. The ideal candidate has a mechanical engineering background with strong 3D design skills, FEA basics, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Relevant study background in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Good practical knowledge and experience of 3D mechanical design.
• Knowledge of mechanical stability, center-of-gravity analysis, and basic FEA/simulation principles.
• Experience with Creo Parametric and AutoCAD.
• Strong creative and out-of-the-box design thinking.
• Practical, hands-on mindset with an interest in developing solutions directly for the production environment.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Designing custom Kanban boxes, bins, inserts, dividers, racks and modular storage systems using Creo and AutoCAD.
• Analyzing existing storage containers and floor space to determine optimal Kanban quantities and footprint-reducing standardized designs.
• Performing center-of-gravity calculations, mechanical stability evaluations, and basic simulation / FEA analyses.
• Collaborating daily with shop-floor production operators, logistics specialists and other internal stakeholders.
