Job summary

Auntie is seeking a Marketing Specialist to drive content, campaigns and events across Finland and international markets. You will own B2B content creation, social media, and support a growing pipeline in a hands-on, cross-functional team.

You will work in a hybrid setup with a focus on delivering engaging material in Finnish and English, collaborating with Sales, Success and Product to amplify Auntie’s expertise in mental wellbeing and skills development.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of B2B marketing experience.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Understanding of B2B buying journeys and demand generation.
• Ability to work hands-on across content, events and campaigns.
• Proficiency in data-driven decision making.
• Familiarity with HubSpot is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging B2B content for campaigns, web, social media and sales materials across markets.
• Own and drive Auntie’s social media channels from planning to engagement.
• Plan and run live and digital events and webinars to generate leads.
• Turn events into qualified leads and pipeline with promotion and follow-up.

We are looking for a Marketing Specialist!

Location: Helsinki, Finland (Hybrid)

Our service is trusted and valued by organisations globally, with customers and Auntie users around the world. To keep growing our impact, we're looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team.

This is a hands-on B2B marketing role where you'll help turn Auntie's expertise and point of view into content, events and campaigns that build demand and support our sales pipeline.

You'll join a marketing team of three working across an international, multi-market environment — Finland, Norway, Sweden, Germany and beyond. You'll have ownership of your own areas and the support of the team, and you'll collaborate closely with colleagues across Sales, Customer Success and Product.

What you'll do (and enjoy doing)

Content creation & social media

• Create engaging B2B content for campaigns, web, social media and sales materials across our markets
• Write and adapt content that brings Auntie's positioning, expertise and tone of voice to life
• Turn Auntie's expertise and point of view into thought leadership content that builds awareness, engagement and demand
• Create content across the customer and buyer journey, with an eye for what moves audiences from interest to action
• Own and drive all Auntie's social media channels, from planning and content creation to posting and engagement
• Track performance across content and channels and use insights to continuously improve what you do
• Produce and maintain sales materials including decks, one-pagers and templates that help our sales team engage buyers and move opportunities forward
• Support sales and pipeline activities with timely, relevant content and follow-up materials
• Work closely with Sales to understand what buyers need at different stages of the buying journey and turn those needs into effective marketing and sales assets

Events & communities

• Plan and run Auntie's live and digital events, including Auntie HR Circle and Auntie Leader Circle webinars, roundtables and selected third-party events
• Shape event concepts, speakers and content to showcase Auntie's expertise and create valuable experiences for attendees
• Turn events into a source of qualified leads and pipeline through effective promotion, activation and follow-up
• Track event performance and use insights to continuously improve our approach

We think you'll thrive in this role if you have:

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in B2B marketing, ideally across content, sales support and events
• Are a strong writer and communicator who can turn complex topics into clear, engaging content
• Understand B2B buying journeys and how marketing can contribute to demand generation and pipeline
• Are comfortable working with data and use insights to guide your decisions
• Enjoy being hands-on, writing, creating, coordinating and getting things done
• Are proactive and organised, and comfortable planning and driving your work independently and enjoy collaborating with different teams and people
• Enjoy working in a growing scale-up, where things move fast, roles evolve and you get to shape how things are done
• Experience with paid advertising (LinkedIn, Google, Meta) is a plus
• Familiarity with HubSpot is a plus
• Fluent in Finnish and English (must-have)
• Fluent in Swedish is an advantage
