Job summary

Supercell is hiring a Marketing Illustrator to join our Creative Studio in Helsinki. You will transform game worlds into bold marketing art, creating key art, character poses, and campaign assets across channels.

Collaborate with game teams, designers, motion artists, marketers, and production partners to craft visuals that resonate with players globally. You will own the illustration process from concept to production and guide external illustrators when needed.

Qualifications

• Hands-on illustration work with strong portfolio in marketing or games.
• Proficient in character-led storytelling and stylized design.
• Advanced digital illustration skills with strong composition, lighting and color.

Responsibilities

• Create high-impact illustrations for marketing campaigns, social channels and game events.
• Develop visual concepts turning game worlds into memorable stories while preserving each game's identity.
• Own the illustration process from thumbnails to production-ready assets with refinements as needed.
• Collaborate with designers, motion artists, marketers, creative producers and game teams.
• Brief and guide external illustrators and partners with clear feedback to maintain quality.
• Adapt assets across channels without losing character and core hook.
• Ensure work remains world-class and authentic to game worlds for decades.
