Job summary

STERIS Life Sciences Tuusula is seeking a Manufacturing Quality Engineer to create and modernize our quality control processes. The role focuses on hands-on development of in-process QC for manufacturing and assembly, with emphasis on digitalization and standardization to boost efficiency and reduce manual documentation.

The candidate should have a Bachelor's Degree and +5 years in QC/QA within an industrial setting, with strong communication in Finnish and English and the ability to collaborate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• +5 years of experience in QC or QA within an industrial environment.
• Experience or motivation to develop, standardize, and digitalize QC processes.
• Understanding of regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Establish modern and world-class manufacturing quality control procedures for manufacturing and assembly processes.
• Develop in-process Quality Control for all manufacturing and assembly processes with systematic QC and process development approaches.
• Digitalize and standardize QC procedures to improve efficiency and reduce manual documentation.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and act as a change agent driving the change.
• Handle quality control activities in pressure vessel manufacturing including inspections and documentation.
