Job summary

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in a technical field such as Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering and Management, Production Economics, Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or Supply Chain Management.
• Interest in manufacturing, production technologies, and product industrialization.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Proactive, hands-on approach and willingness to learn in a fast-moving environment.
• Professional communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Support new product introduction activities and help ensure products are ready for efficient manufacturing.
• Contribute to manufacturing and assembly development projects to improve quality, productivity, and scalability.
• Assist with production line, tooling, and fixture development to support operational performance.
• Create and maintain manufacturing documentation and material data to enable smooth production processes.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives using digital tools, analytics, and problem-solving methods to drive better business outcomes.
