Job summary

SpinDrive is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join its R&D team in Lappeenranta. You will support development and production of Active Magnetic Bearing components, blending hands-on assembly with manufacturing development and supplier coordination.

You will help establish SpinDrive's test assembly and winding capabilities, define workspace needs, source tools, equipment, and materials, and work with subcontractors for volume manufacturing.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of practical experience in industrial manufacturing, assembly, or similar hands-on roles.

Responsibilities

• Test, manufacture, and improve precision coil winding solutions for AMB components and support prototype production.
• Develop fixtures, tooling, work instructions, and assembly methods with the engineering team.
• Organize workspaces, determine tooling and equipment needs, and ensure quality, documentation and traceability.
