Bluetech Finland Ltd. is seeking an experienced Machinery and/or HVAC Lead Engineer to provide technical leadership and strengthen the engineering team's capabilities. You will act as the key technical authority, support team development, and ensure high-quality project delivery.

The role requires high-level Machinery/HVAC expertise, a minimum of 5 years' experience, and proficiency with CADMATIC and/or AVEVA. Location options include Helsinki or Turku, Finland.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of Machinery/HVAC engineering experience.
• Experience in Basic Design for Machinery/HVAC.
• Fluent English; Finnish is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the technical lead within Machinery & HVAC.
• Develop, standardize, and document engineering methods and best practices.
• Coach team members and support their professional growth.
• Assist onboarding and development of new employees.
• Support sales with technical input and project budgeting.
• Act as Project Manager on suitable Machinery & HVAC projects.
