Job summary

Paulig Group is seeking a Platform Manager – M365 to own and develop Paulig's Microsoft 365 environment and digital workplace services. The role involves working with external partners, driving service improvements, and ensuring a high-quality user experience.

You will manage budgets, licensing governance, and collaborate with IT teams, architecture, and procurement to deliver value across the business. Helsinki-based, reporting to the Head of IT Infrastructure & End-User Services.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft 365, Digital Workplace or End-User Services platforms.
• Experience in service management and vendor management.
• Understanding of IT service delivery and continuous improvement.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and licensing management or cost control.

Responsibilities

• Act as service owner for Paulig's Microsoft 365 environment and related digital workplace services.
• Drive continuous service improvements and adoption of new capabilities.
• Coordinate user communication, awareness and training activities.
• Manage service performance, risks and cost follow-up; budgets and forecasts.
