The M&A Manager helps deliver the Group’s growth strategy through acquisitions, divestments, joint ventures, and other corporate development initiatives.
The role manages the Group’s day-to-day M&A activities across the transaction lifecycle, from target screening and valuation to due diligence and execution.
The M&A Manager works closely with Business Areas, Finance, Legal, and senior management, serving as the interface between internal stakeholders and external advisors.
The position takes place in Helsinki, and the chosen candidate should have availability to travel occasionally.

They are also able to manage competing priorities effectively under tight deadlines.
