Job summary

Maxxon Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain / Logistics Coordinator for a part-time 3-6 month contract. You will help coordinate daily logistics, track orders, and support receiving and purchasing in ERP systems.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in SCM or related field and 1-2 years of logistics experience, with strong Excel and ERP skills. 20-30 hours per week at $21–$25/hr, contract role.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily logistics and shipping schedules with vendors and warehouses.
• Track and monitor orders to ensure on-time delivery.
• Verify incoming materials during receiving with accurate documentation.
• Support inventory control with monthly records, cycle counts, and stock analysis.
• Back up the Warehouse Manager and assist purchasing and ERP data entry.
• Maintain ERP data for inventory, orders, and shipments.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure material availability.
• Identify process improvements to boost supply chain efficiency.

Supply Chain / Logistics Coordinator

Part-Time(3-6 Month Contract Role)
$21hr-$25hr

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain / Logistics Coordinator to join our team in a contract role. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about operations and eager to grow within supply chain management. The position supports multiple functions including logistics coordination, order tracking, inventory control, receiving, and purchasing. You will play a key role in ensuring the timely flow of goods, maintaining accurate inventory, and supporting purchasing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily logistics and shipping schedules with vendors, carriers, and warehouses


• Monitor and track incoming and outgoing orders, ensuring on-time delivery and resolving any delays


• Manage and verify incoming materials through the receiving process, ensuring accurate documentation


• Support inventory control by maintaining accurate monthly records, reporting discrepancies, performing regular cycle counts, and analyzing stock levels to support production planning


• Serve as backup to the Warehouse Manager as needed, supporting daily operations, receiving coordination, and team communication


• Support the purchasing team by placing purchase orders, following up with vendors, and tracking deliveries


• Maintain records and data in ERP systems related to inventory, orders, and shipments


• Communicate with internal departments to ensure materials and products are available as needed


• Help identify process improvements to support supply chain efficiency, cost control, and material availability

Qualifications:

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, or a related field


• Experience with order tracking systems, warehouse portals, or transportation platforms

Preferred but Not Required:

• 1-2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, purchasing, or inventory management (internships or co-ops considered)


• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail


• Familiarity with ERP systems (experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP, SAP, or similar is a plus)


• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools


• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills


• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
