ICON Strategic Solutions in Helsinki, Finland, is seeking a Clinical Research Associate II to join our sponsor-dedicated team. The role focuses on designing and analyzing clinical trials, interpreting complex data and contributing to innovative therapies that benefit patients worldwide.

As a CRA II, you will conduct site qualification, initiation, monitoring and close-out visits, ensure data integrity and patient safety, and collaborate with investigators to support study conduct, with travel up

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or healthcare-related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of CRA experience.
• Knowledge of clinical trial processes, regulations, and ICH-GCP.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel approximately 60%.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits for clinical trials.
• Ensure protocol compliance, data integrity, and patient safety throughout the trial process.
• Collaborate with investigators and site staff to facilitate smooth study conduct.
• Perform data review and resolution of queries to maintain high-quality clinical data.
• Contribute to the preparation and review of study documentation, including protocols and clinical study reports.
