Job summary

Voodoo is seeking a PM/Live Ops for our Helsinki studio to lead F2P features and live events for Paper.io2. You will own specs, timelines, and outcomes, and collaborate with developers, artists, and analysts to deliver engaging experiences.

You should have a track record on live games, strong knowledge of IAP monetization, and the ability to write clear specs and align cross-functional teams under tight deadlines. Join us to push global hit games forward.

Qualifications

• Experience as PM, Product Owner, Game Designer, or Live Ops/Product Manager.
• Strong understanding of F2P mobile game mechanics.
• Able to write clear specs and align teams.
• High standards; push the product forward and challenge weak ideas.
• Experience on a successful live game.
• Experience with competitive systems, leagues, rankings, seasons, battle passes, etc.
• Experience on casual, hybridcasual, io, or mass-market games.
• Good understanding of IAP monetization beyond ads.
• Knows top live games like Brawl Stars, Clash Royale, Monopoly Go, Stumble Guys, Subway Surfers.

Responsibilities

• Build and implement F2P systems that enhance player engagement and revenue, focusing on progression, monetization, live events, and in-game economies.
• Take full ownership of specifications, timelines, and outcomes, ensuring smooth execution and high-quality delivery.
• Utilize A/B testing, retention metrics, and player data to refine features post-launch and iterate for improvement.
• Collaborate closely with developers, artists, and analysts to ensure seamless feature rollouts and clear documentation.
• Prioritize development efforts under tight deadlines to balance speed and quality.
• Stay ahead of industry trends by monitoring competitors and rapidly adopting best practices.
