Supercell is seeking a Senior Product Manager for LiveOps & Monetization in Helsinki to drive player engagement and business growth for Clash Royale. You will own multiple live operations and monetization initiatives, shaping features and experiments that balance player experience with revenue.

You will analyze game data, run experiments, and partner with engineers, designers, and product teams to deliver measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with live ops and monetization in free-to-play mobile games.
• Strong quantitative skills and a metrics-driven mindset.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and own roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Own multiple live ops and monetization initiatives.
• Define roadmaps and action plans aligned with live ops strategy.
• Set goals for major initiatives and track performance.
• Design and analyze A/B tests and experiments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate insights into features.
• Monitor engagement and monetization KPIs and report findings.
