Job summary

KONE is seeking experienced Electrical Lift Installers to join our New Building Solutions team in Sydney. You will manage installation environments across the project lifecycle and install elevator equipment in line with approved methods, schedules and quality standards.

If you have at least 2 years in the lift industry, an electrical licence for NSW, and a safety‑driven, customer‑focused approach, we want to hear from you.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in the lift industry on small or large projects.
• Electrical Licence for NSW or transferable licence is required.
• Experience with construction or major project environments is preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Commitment to safety and quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Manage the installation environment across the project lifecycle.
• Install elevator equipment according to approved methods, schedules and quality standards.
• Coordinate day-to-day site activities and logistics with customers and project stakeholders.
• Report installation progress to the Installation Supervisor.
• Ensure activities comply with KONE policies, procedures and safety requirements.
• Maintain workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Our work will take you in different directions. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of major projects, we are looking for experienced Electrical Lift Installers to join our high‑performing New Building Solutions team in Sydney, working across both Volume and Major Projects.

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing the installation environment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Installing elevator equipment in accordance with approved methods, schedules and quality standards.
• Coordinating day‑to‑day site activities and logistics with customers and project stakeholders.
• Reporting installation progress and project updates to the Installation Supervisor.
• Ensuring all activities are completed in line with KONE policies, procedures and health and safety requirements.
• Maintaining a strong focus on workmanship, compliance and customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

• To be successful in this role, you'll bring:
• At least 2 years' experience in lift industry, across either small or large projects.
• An Electrical Licence in NSW or can be transferred.
• Experience working on construction, infrastructure or major project environments.
• The ability to manage stakeholder expectations and respond effectively to challenges on site.
• A strong commitment to workplace safety and quality outcomes.
• A proactive, customer‑focused approach and pride in delivering exceptional results.
