Citycon is seeking a Leasing Manager to join the Finland & Estonia Leasing team in Espoo. The role focuses on driving leasing activities for shopping centres, building strong tenant relationships and supporting asset development. On-site at HQ in Iso Omena with regular Helsinki-area travel.

The role requires leasing experience, tenancy-law knowledge, and fluency in Finnish and English. Permanent position with December 2026/January 2027 start options.

Competenze

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in leasing.
• Experience in retail and/or commercial properties.
• Solid knowledge of tenancy law.
• Experience in drafting and negotiating lease agreements.
• Proactive, results-driven and solution-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in Finnish and English.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a suitable commercial field.

Citycon is looking for Leasing Manager to join our Finland & Estonia Leasing team in a permanent position. This role offers an opportunity to work with our urban hubs in the Helsinki metropolitan area, driving leasing activities, building tenant relationships, and supporting the continued development of the assets.

Employment Type: Permanent

Employment Period: Flexible start date, ideally in December 2026 or January 2027

Location: On-site at Citycon’s HQ in Iso Omena, Espoo, with regular travel within the Helsinki metropolitan area

As a Leasing Manager, you will play a key role in driving the commercial success and development of our shopping centres. Your responsibilities include:

• Overseeing the full leasing cycle for retail spaces, from initial concept to finalized agreements

• Driving leasing activities and contributing to the development of the shopping centres

• Identifying, researching, and mapping potential tenants, including local and national brands

• Organizing and conducting property tours for prospective tenants

• Fostering strong tenant relationships

• Collaborating actively with brokers and maintaining strategic partnerships

• Preparing and delivering promotional materials showcasing the property portfolio

• Supporting centre leadership in strategic planning and budgeting processes

• Participating in development initiatives and help shape the tenant mix strategy

What are we looking for

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in leasing or establishment within the real estate industry

• Experience in retail and/or commercial properties

• Solid knowledge of tenancy law

• Experience in drafting and negotiating lease agreements

• A proactive, results-driven, and solution-oriented mindset

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

• Fluency in Finnish and English

• A bachelor’s or a master’s degree in a suitable commercial field
