Mölnlycke is seeking a Lean Transformation Manager in Mikkeli to lead a strategically important improvement program aligned to a key production line. This 12-month fixed-term role offers exposure across the organisation and collaboration with site leadership and global stakeholders.

Our Mikkeli factory is now looking for a Lean Transformation Manager to lead a strategically important improvement program, centered on one of our key production lines.

This is a 12-month fixed-term opportunity created through an internal promotion, offering a chance to make a significant impact while building valuable experience and connections across Mölnlycke.

  • Knowledge of Lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • A structured and results-oriented approach.

Preferred

  • Experience from a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Lean transformation or operational excellence experience.
  • Experience working with performance management, KPIs, and governance structures.
