Job summary

HUS Diagnostics Center in Helsinki Meilahti invites an experienced ward nurse to lead the pre-analytics team on a permanent basis. The role concentrates on supervising local staff and ensuring smooth operations in the ward.

You will collaborate with senior nurses, process owners, and colleagues, contributing to staff wellbeing, customer service, and efficient laboratory and imaging workflows. Finnish language proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or leadership studies with relevant experience or a ward nurse qualification with relevant experience.
• Master's degree or equivalent in leadership/administration studies or a ward nurse qualification with relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee personnel matters and staffing in the ward.
• Coordinate operations and develop customer service activities.
• Promote wellbeing and a positive work environment.
• Collaborate closely with staff, the senior nurse, and process owners.
