Job summary

HUS invites applications for two permanent positions as laboratory nurses in the southern Espoo and Western Uusimaa region. The units include Espoo and Western Uusimaa facilities (Tapiola, Iso-omena, Espoonlahti, Kirkkonummi).

Responsibilities include blood sampling, gynecological sampling, ECG and spirometry tests, and clinical chemistry analyses. We value strong teamwork, customer service, initiative and flexibility in changing work situations.

Qualifications

• Licensed laboratory nurse with Finnish proficiency.

Job description

Two permanent positions for laboratory nurses in the southern Espoo and Western Uusimaa region.

The unit locations include Espoo and Western Uusimaa facilities (Tapiola, Iso-omena, Espoonlahti, Kirkkonummi).

Responsibilities include varied patient services: blood sampling, gynecological sampling, ECG and spirometry tests, and clinical chemistry analyses; duties may include additional responsibilities depending on interest.

Strong emphasis on teamwork and customer service, commitment, initiative, and flexibility in changing work situations.

Proficiency in Finnish (spoken and written) required.

The base salary for a Laboratory Nurse is 2957.14 euros per month, with potential experience-based seniority pay.
