Job summary

Saab Finland Oy in Tampere is seeking an experienced Lead Test Automation Developer to strengthen the 9LV CMS testing function. You will maintain and develop Robot Framework adaptation for Saab 9LV CMS in Finland and mentor other test automation engineers.

Qualifications

• Strong Python programming skills
• Robot Framework expertise
• Experience developing and maintaining large-scale test automation frameworks
• Good understanding of test automation architecture and reusable design patterns
• Experience with Ubuntu Linux, command-line tools, and scripting
• Experience with Docker and containerized test environments
• Experience with Grafana or similar reporting/visualization platforms
• Knowledge of dashboard design, test metrics, and real-time reporting
• Experience with Git and collaborative software development practices
• Understanding of test strategy, quality engineering principles, and automation best practices
• Fluent in Finnish and English

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop Robot Framework adaptation for Saab 9LV CMS in Finland
• Coach test automation engineers and educate on framework development
• Develop and maintain maintainable test cases and suites
• Contribute to design and development of dashboards and real-time reporting
• Collaborate with international Saab test automation teams
• Help maintain a well-ordered test automation backlog
