ANDRITZ Recovery Division is seeking a Lead Structural Analyst to take technical ownership of seismic design and structural analysis for international projects. You will be part of a highly skilled engineering community working with some of the pulp and paper industry's most complex and important products — including recovery boilers, evaporation plants, and white liquor plants. Your work will focus on structural and strength calculations, equipment dimensioning, and design verification that supports safe, reliable, and high-performing customer solutions worldwide. A central part of your work will be supporting projects and our team in seismic design. You will define project-specific seismic requirements, interpret applicable standards, and translate them into practical design criteria for equipment and structures. You will also be able to influence how we work by developing design guidelines, calculation methods, and engineering practices used across our projects. You will collaborate closely with mechanical engineering and product development teams. Depending on your experience and interests, the role can include technical coordination, development work, and acting as a technical lead in selected projects.
