• Around 7–10+ years in software development, Several years as a technical lead for a team, Track record of building and running complex, cloud-native, high-load systems on AWS, Full-stack capability: Angular/TypeScript and Node.js/TypeScript, Experience in distributed systems and microservices, Solution architecture and systems/integration design skills, Experience designing and building integrations with external systems and APIs, Grasp of automated testing and testable design, Experience with secure software development and architecture, Ability to lead without formal authority, Product mindset, Strong collaboration and proactivity, Interest in modern, AI-assisted development, Strong written and spoken English, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (or equivalent experience)
