Job summary

ICEYE is seeking an Electronics Engineering Manager in Espoo to lead the Radar Payload team. You will guide a multi-disciplinary group through the full hardware lifecycle, bridging engineering and program goals with clear communication.

You’ll mentor senior engineers, own schedules, and coordinate cross-domain work across electronics and RF. A hands-on background in electronics/RF is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on design experience in electronics or RF.
• Experience designing complex PCB and RF subsystems.
• 5+ years of experience managing and coordinating engineering teams of 5+ people.
• Experience leading senior technical experts.
• Experience coordinating end-to-end product lifecycles for complex systems.
• Strong background coordinating cross-domain, multi-disciplinary projects.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interface with non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead a cross-domain, multi-disciplinary team of 5+ members through the full lifecycle of the radar payload and downlink data systems.
• Manage and mentor engineers across levels, focusing on developing Electronic/RF talent.
• Own project timelines, schedules, and resource allocation for end-to-end hardware development.
• Present progress updates to non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Staff Engineers and Technical Leads to remove roadblocks and align cross-functional work.
