Job summary

TM Green Group in Finland is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead CSA works on a high-profile data centre project. You will ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards, coordinating with subcontractors and site teams.

You will report to project stakeholders, drive health and safety, quality control, and program management while maintaining strong client satisfaction and clear communication across teams. Willingness to travel as required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Construction Manager on large-scale industrial, commercial, or mission-critical projects.
• Strong background in Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) works.
• Experience on data centre projects is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee CSA aspects of a data centre project to meet schedule, budget, and quality.
• Manage subcontractors and site teams with focus on health and safety.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, report progress and resolve issues.
