Job summary

V7 Recruitment is seeking a CSA Lead – Data Centre Construction to drive CSA package management for a major data centre project in Helsinki. You will coordinate civil works, foundations, structural steel, and building envelope, ensuring alignment with design intent and industry standards.

The role requires strong planning, design oversight, QA, HSE, and stakeholder coordination with clients and contractors.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering CSA works on large-scale projects.
• Strong civil engineering knowledge and building envelopes.
• Ability to interpret drawings, BIM models, and specs.
• Leadership, communication, and contractor-management skills.
• Understanding of sequencing, constructability, and site logistics.
• Knowledge of safety and building regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coordinate, and manage all CSA scope elements including civil works, foundations, structural steel, concrete, building envelope, roofing, interiors, and external works.
• Ensure CSA activities align with project specifications, design intent, and industry standards.
• Drive interface coordination between CSA works and MEP disciplines to avoid clashes and programme delays.
• Develop and maintain CSA construction sequencing plans.
• Review contractor schedules, monitor progress, and proactively address delays or constraints.
• Coordinate site logistics involving earthworks, utilities, access routes, laydown areas, and crane operations.
• Review civil, structural, and architectural design drawings and technical submittals.
• Manage RFIs, design clarifications, and ensure resolution of discrepancies.
