Job summary

Compile Oy in Helsinki is seeking a Lead Salesforce consultant combining senior client engagement and business development. The role splits roughly 50/50 between delivering high-level Salesforce advisory and hands-on project work for customers.

You will drive Salesforce business development, including sales activities, marketing, and partner relationships, while mentoring project teams and shaping architectural solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Senior consultant on multiple Salesforce projects.
• Translate customer business needs into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Leadership and mentoring ability.
• Business-driven thinking and sales mindset.
• Fluent Finnish and English (verbal and written).
• Willingness to work at Compile and customer offices in the Helsinki area 2-3 days per week.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• acting as a senior Salesforce expert on client projects, identifying and solving business challenges with Salesforce technologies, designing solutions, architecture, and guiding implementation, and mentoring project teams to develop the specialists.
• The business development portion involves shaping strategic growth, identifying new opportunities, expanding customer relationships, participating in the sales process, presenting solutions to potential customers, and contributing to marketing and brand building for Salesforce offerings.
