Job summary

Finnair invites motivated talents to join the Takeoff – Finnair Trainee Program 2027 as paid full-time trainees. The program runs 4 to 6 months starting in Apr–May 2027, with hybrid work options around the Helsinki Airport campus.

You will rotate across teams, gain hands-on experience, and develop data-driven decision support skills. Applicants should be pursuing or have completed a degree in Business, Economics, IT or related fields, demonstrate strong academic performance, and communicate well

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed degree in Business, Economics, IT or a related area.
• Strong academic performance is preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Finnish fluency in some positions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work as a full-time member of Finnair trainee teams and gain practical hands-on experience.
• Translate data into actionable insights to support processes and decision-making.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across different business units.
