Job summary

Housekeeper-haku Leviin, Ylläksen ja Sodankylän sesonkiin talvikaudelle 2026–2027. Työtehtäviin kuuluu huoneiden, huoneistojen ja mökkien siivous sekä liinavaatteiden vaihto. Työsuhde on määräaikainen, osa-aikainen, aamuvuoroja sekä ilta-/yövuorot mahdollisia.

Perehdytys Onboarding-polulla ja N-Clean Academyssä. Palkka TES:n mukaan 11,33–13,88 €/h riippuen tehtävistä. ” Monipuolinen työyhteisö ja tukea esihenkilöiltä.

Qualifications

• Suomen ja/tai englannin kielen taito.
• Ajokortti ja oman auton käyttömahdollisuus on etu.
• Aiempaa kokemusta alalta ei edellytetä.

Responsibilities

• Siivotaan hotellihuoneita, huoneistoja ja mökkejä sekä vaihdetaan liinavaatteet.
• Siivotaan yleisiä tiloja sekä keittiöitä ja kokoustiloja.
• Mahdollisuus auttaa aamiaisella hotellin sydämessä.

Kerroshoitaja (hotelli- sekä muut majoituskohteet)

Kerroshoitajana vastaat huoneiden, huoneistojen sekä mökkien siisteydestä ja viihtyvyydestä. Työlläsi vastaat korkeasta laadusta ja vaikutat suoraan asiakastyytyväisyyteen omalla huolellisella työnjäljelläsi.

Talvikauden työvuorot mukautuvat työskentelykohteiden mukaan ja vuorot ovat pääsääntöisesti aamuvuoroja, jotka päättyvät iltapäivällä. Vuoroja tehdään arkisin sekä viikonloppuisin.

Tehtävässä pääset tekemään näkyvää ja merkityksellistä työtä, jolla on suora vaikutus asiakkaiden arkeen, loman ja viihtyvyyteen, olet merkittävä osa kohteen onnistunutta asiakaskokemusta.

Työpäiväsi etenee suunnitellun työlistan mukaisesti, ja vastaat omalta osaltasi työn sujuvuudesta, kuitenkin yhdessä tiimin kanssa onnistuen.

Työssä korostuvat oma-aloitteisuus, työn suunnittelu, tehokas työskentely sekä sovittujen aikataulujen noudattaminen. Laatu, turvallisuus ja ystävällinen asiakaskohtaaminen ovat tärkeä osa arkea. Työn huolellinen toteuttaminen laatu- ja turvallisuusohjeiden mukaisesti sekä asiakaspalveluhenkinen ja ystävällinen käytös ovat olennainen osa arkea. Nautit hektisestä työympäristöstä ja asiakaspalvelutyöstä sekä toimit sujuvasti muuttuvissa tilanteissa.

Työtehtäviisi kuuluvat:

• hotellihuoneiden, huoneistojen sekä mökkien siivous eli liinavaatteiden vaihto ja upeiden petauksien tekeminen, saniteettitilojen siivous, erilaisten lattiapintojen puhdistus, tasojen pyyhintä sekä huonevarusteluiden täyttäminen
• yleistentilojen, huoneistojen sekä mökkien keittiöiden ja/tai kokoustilojen siivous
• erilaiset lisätyöt esim. ikkunoidenpesu
• mahdollisuutenasi on päästä myös auttamaan hotellin sydämeen eli keittiöön aamiaisapuna

Mitä tarjoamme sinulle?

• Määräaikaisen työsuhteen osa-aikaisin (20-31 tuntia/viikko) sopimustunnein marras-maaliskuun aikana. Työsuhteet alkavata porrastetusti marras-joulukuun aikana.
• Vaihtelevat työajat aamuvuoroissa sekä Ylläksellä ilta/yö-vuoro 17.-23.30
• Huolellisen perehdytyksen yrityksemme uudistetulla Onboarding polulla sekä N-Clean Academyssä. Emme edellytä aiempaa kokemusta alalta, vaikka se voikin vauhdittaa matkaasi
• Mahdollisuuden jatkaa meillä myös sesongin jälkeen
• Palkan kiinteistöpalvelualan TES:n mukaan 11,33–13,88 €/h riippuen työtehtävistäsi

Housekeeper (Hotels And Other Accommodation Properties)

As a Housekeeper, you are responsible for ensuring that guest rooms, apartments and cabins are clean, comfortable and welcoming. Through your work, you help maintain high quality standards and directly contribute to customer satisfaction with your attention to detail and commitment to excellent service.

During the winter season, working hours vary depending on the property. Most shifts are morning shifts ending in the afternoon. Work is available on both weekdays and weekends. In this role, you will perform visible and meaningful work that has a direct impact on guests’ daily experiences, holidays and overall comfort. You play an important part in creating a successful customer experience. Your workday follows a planned schedule, and you are responsible for ensuring your tasks are completed efficiently, while working together with your team to achieve shared goals. The role requires initiative, planning skills, efficiency and the ability to follow agreed schedules. Quality, safety and friendly customer service are essential parts of everyday work. Completing tasks carefully according to quality and safety standards and interacting with guests in a professional and friendly manner are key aspects of the role. You enjoy a fast-paced work environment, customer service and working effectively in changing situations.

Your responsibilities include:

• Cleaning hotel rooms, apartments and cabins, including changing linens, making beautiful beds, cleaning bathrooms, cleaning various floor surfaces, wiping surfaces and replenishing room supplies.
• Cleaning public areas, apartment kitchens, cabin kitchens and/or meeting facilities.
• Additional cleaning tasks such as window cleaning.
• You may also have the opportunity to assist in the heart of the hotel by helping with breakfast service
  
  

What We Offer

• A fixed-term part-time employment contract (20–31 hours per week) from November to March. Employment start dates are staggered throughout November and December.
• Varied morning shifts and, in Ylläs, evening/night shifts from 5:00 PM to 11:30 PM.
• A thorough introduction through our renewed onboarding journey and N-Clean Academy. Previous experience in the industry is not required, although it may help you get started more quickly.
• The opportunity to continue working with us after the season.
• Salary according to the Collective Agreement for the Property Services Industry: €11.33–€13.88/hour depending on your duties.
