H&MV Engineering is seeking a Junior HSE Advisor to support Health, Safety and Environmental requirements on Finland-based projects. You will work under senior HSE personnel to ensure compliance with HSE standards, Finnish legislation, and client requirements, while building experience in construction and electrical infrastructure contexts.
Key duties include site engagement, daily safety observations, RAMS reviews, permits to work, and incident reporting.

About the Role: The Junior HSE Advisor will support the delivery of Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) requirements on H&MV projects in Finland. Working under the guidance of senior HSE personnel, the role supports compliance with H&MV HSE standards, applicable Finnish legislation, and client requirements, while developing competence and experience in construction and electrical infrastructure environments
