Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional software development experience.
• Basic knowledge of Python or C#.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new services to the monitoring infrastructure.
• Analyze and document monitoring metrics and log data for each service.
• Validate that AI-generated responses and alerts match historical patterns.
• Establish metrics to track and optimize AI agent accuracy.
• Monitor API usage and track operational costs of AI services.
• Document agent prompt evolution and maintain version histories.
• Write and automate tests to ensure system reliability.
