Job summary

UPM is seeking a Hybrid Cloud Architect to help build the next-gen IT landscape for its Plywood operations and supporting systems. The role blends design, hands-on delivery, and close collaboration with business and IT partners to enable scalable cloud and on‑prem solutions.

You will drive cloud migrations, establish standards, and influence technology choices while delivering concrete results across Azure, on‑prem, and data platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience in cloud, infrastructure or solution architecture.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure and hybrid cloud environments.
• Experience with enterprise infrastructure and platforms.
• Understanding of networking, identity management and cybersecurity.
• Experience with automation, Infrastructure as Code and FinOps.
• Ability to communicate technical topics clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• A practical, hands-on approach to technology.
• It would be an advantage to have experience in manufacturing environments, SAP, data platforms, AI solutions or Microsoft certifications.
