You will handle sales enquiries and bookings, prepare offers, and communicate with international partners. The position starts as soon as the right candidate is found and offers a path to broader responsibilities across destinations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, reservations or a commercial role within tourism or hospitality.
• Experience in the Lapland tourism industry is highly valued.
• Confidence working with international B2B clients, tour operators and travel agencies.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Fluent Finnish and English; other languages are an advantage.
• Experience with Mews and FareHarbor, or similar hospitality, booking or activity management systems, is a strong advantage.
• A proactive, customer-focused and team-oriented approach.

We’re hiring: International Sales Executive

Lapland Boutique Resorts is looking for a new colleague to join our global Sales Team in a permanent position, starting as soon as we find the right candidate.

The position will be based at Hilltop Hotel Iso-Syöte, where the role will initially have a strong focus on sales for the hotel and the Iso-Syöte operation.

As the person becomes familiar with our destinations, products, systems and ways of working, the objective is for the role to gradually expand across the entire Lapland Boutique Resorts portfolio, working with accommodation, activities and experiences in Ruka-Kuusamo, Iso-Syöte and Pyä.

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience in sales, reservations or a commercial role within tourism or hospitality

About the role

You will become part of the Lapland Boutique Resorts Sales Team, working closely with our sales, accommodation, activities and operations teams.

Your responsibilities will include handling sales enquiries and bookings, preparing offers and programmes, communicating with international partners and supporting the commercial development of our products and destinations.

While Hilltop Hotel Iso-Syöte and the Iso-Syöte operation will be the main focus at the beginning, we are looking for someone who wants to grow into a broader role within LBR, develop a strong understanding of our complete portfolio and eventually work more widely with sales across our destinations.
