Job summary

Winthrop Technologies is seeking an experienced Integration Manager for a large-scale data centre project in Helsinki, Finland. You will oversee coordination and integration across design, construction, commissioning, and client teams, driving project alignment and timely delivery while ensuring safety and quality.

Responsibilities include leading integration planning, managing interfaces between trades, reporting progress, and coordinating with clients on snagging, commissioning, and handover

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 5+ years on-site project management in construction, ideally delivering data centre or pharmaceutical projects.
• Strong understanding of MEP and CSA coordination across complex, fast-paced environments.
• Experience coordinating commissioning, handover, and telecom material procurement requirements.
• Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills with multiple stakeholders.

• Act as the single point of contact for planning, execution, and delivery of all integration scopes and milestones.
• Identify, document, and manage construction phasing deliverables across CSA and MEP systems.
• Provide bi-weekly progress reports covering design, procurement, execution, and handover stages.
• Develop and maintain an Integration Execution Plan to align project activities and objectives.
• Chair internal and client integration meetings, driving collaboration and accountability.
• Oversee and ensure compliance with the Telecom Material Procurement Process.
• Coordinate with the client on snagging, commissioning, and handover activities to ensure timely completion.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the coordination and integration of all project disciplines, ensuring seamless communication between design, construction, commissioning, and client teams. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years' proven experience in on-site project management within the construction sector, ideally delivering data centre or pharmaceutical projects
• Strong understanding of MEP and CSA coordination with experience managing complex, fast-paced project environments
• Experience in mission-critical infrastructure or other regulated construction environments
• Proven experience developing and managing integration execution plans across complex construction projects
• Experience coordinating commissioning activities, handover processes, and telecom material procurement requirements
• Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive project delivery
• Telecommunications design and installation experience is a strong advantage
