Job summary

Matchtech Group is seeking an Integration Manager to oversee cross-disciplinary integration for major data centre projects in Espoo and Kirkkonummi, Finland. You will connect design, construction, commissioning, and client teams to ensure trade alignment and seamless delivery.

You will lead the integration plan, manage trade interfaces, and drive progress reporting while ensuring strict safety, quality and schedule adherence across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of on-site project management experience in construction, preferably data centres.
• Robust knowledge of MEP and CSA integration in fast-paced environments.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead integration oversight across all project disciplines and phases.
• Act as the single point of contact for delivery of integration scopes and milestones.
• Define and manage construction phasing for CSA and MEP systems.
• Maintain an Integration Execution Plan to ensure alignment across teams.
• Provide bi-weekly progress updates on design, procurement, and handover.
• Lead internal and client integration sessions to ensure clear communication.
• Coordinate telecom procurement processes and commissioning handover support.
• Participate in weekly design workshops for technical integration oversight.
• Onboard sites and enforce Health & Safety standards during installation.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Integration Manager to join our client's delivery team supporting major data centre projects across Espoo and Kirkkonummi.

In this role, you will lead the coordination and integration across all project disciplines. You will serve as the central point of contact connecting design, construction, commissioning, and client teams to ensure trade alignment, interface management, and overall delivery to the highest safety, quality, and schedule standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Integration Oversight & Reporting: Lead the planning and execution of integration requirements throughout every phase of the project lifecycle.
• Single Point of Contact: Direct and report on the delivery of all integration scopes, deliverables, and key milestones.
• Trade & Interface Management: Define and manage construction phasing deliverables across Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) as well as Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems.
• Strategic Planning: Maintain and execute an Integration Execution Plan to ensure seamless alignment across project teams and objectives.
• Progress Tracking: Produce bi-weekly updates detailing design, procurement, execution, and handover progress.
• Meeting Leadership: Lead internal and client integration sessions to ensure clear communication, collaboration, and accountability.
• Telecom & Procurement Coordination: Manage compliance with the Telecom Material Procurement Process.
• Commissioning & Handover Support: Collaborate closely with the client team on snagging, testing, commissioning, and final project handover.
• Design Alignment: Actively participate in weekly design workshops to provide technical integration oversight and guidance.
• Site Onboarding & H&S Compliance: Support installation scheduling, contractor onboarding, method statements, and strict adherence to Health & Safety standards.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical discipline.
• Experience: 5+ years of hands-on, on-site project management experience within the construction industry-preferably delivering data centre, pharmaceutical, or mission-critical facilities.
• Technical Expertise: Robust knowledge of MEP and CSA integration within complex, fast-paced, high-specification environments.
• Process Management: Demonstrated success developing integration execution plans, coordinating multi-disciplinary commissioning, and managing telecom material procurement workflows.
• Leadership & Communication: Exceptional stakeholder management, team leadership, and communication skills.
• Specialist Advantage: Hands-on experience with telecommunications design and installation is highly advantageous.
