Job summary

Boliden is seeking a Manager Supply Chain to lead end-to-end planning across global sourcing, production, sales and logistics. You will govern the integrated planning framework, align commercial and operational goals, and drive data-driven decisions in a matrix organization reporting to the General Manager.

You will collaborate with mines, smelters, purchasing, sales, finance, logistics and planning teams to strengthen planning capabilities and profitability while advancing sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Economics, or related field.
• Experience in supply chain planning and integrated business planning.
• Experience across multiple functions in a complex industrial organization.
• Strong business and financial understanding of production, logistics and working capital.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Experience in metals or capital-intensive industries.
• Category B driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Sales & Operations Planning process across the business.
• Coordinate integrated planning between raw materials sourcing, production, sales, and logistics.
• Manage the Control Tower and commercial planning systems for end-to-end visibility.
• Develop advanced scenario planning to evaluate opportunities, risks, and options.
• Ensure high-quality planning data and robust decision-making processes.
• Improve supply chain planning processes, tools, and ways of working.
• Support capability development within the matrix planning community.
