• Passion for the insurance industry; entrepreneurial attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Finnish and English.
• Resident in Finland; willingness to engage with cross-border projects.

Responsibilities

• Advise our insurance clients on strategy and digitalization.
• Lead and manage project teams to deliver value-driven recommendations.
• Develop and implement strategies for digital transformations and governance.
• Analyze business models, processes, and digital solutions in insurance.
