Optinova Group is seeking a Development Engineer in Extrusion & Polymers to join our Innovation Center in Godby. You will develop and optimize extrusion processes, support new business opportunities, and drive continuous improvement of products and technologies.

You will collaborate with colleagues, customers, suppliers, and partners worldwide, combining hands-on experimentation with scientific analysis to drive innovation and technical excellence in polymer materials and manufacturing practices.
