Job summary

KONE is seeking a proactive Sustainability Specialist in Espoo, Finland, to join the Global Sustainability Reporting team. You will contribute to CSRD reporting, coordinate responses to external assessments, and analyze Scope 1–3 data to influence KONE's sustainability trajectory.

The role requires a relevant Master’s degree, fluency in English, and the ability to manage multiple cross-functional projects in a dynamic, global environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Familiarity with ESRS/CSRD, GRI, ISSB, CDP and GHG Protocol.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating response to external sustainability assessments and recognitions.
• Supporting CSRD reporting and data collection, validation, and analytics for Scope 1–3.
• Participating in development or compliance projects as needed.
• Contributing to sustainability transformation from strategy to operations.
