Job summary

Nordea Bank Norge ASA seeks a Technical Lead for Analytics within Data & Analytics to lead ML model pipeline capability across the Nordic region. The team collaborates with data scientists, engineers and central security to deliver production-level analytics and ML solutions in a hybrid Helsinki/Oulu setting.

You will mentor a team, define standards, and drive platform enhancements on AWS SageMaker, Snowflake, and data products to support business analytics and commercial use cases.

Qualifications

• Engineering Leadership: 5+ years leading engineering teams or as Tech Lead.
• Python & engineering practices: strong Python skills and data/ML tooling knowledge.
• Platform Operations: experience with production-grade platforms and observability.
• Cloud Engineering: knowledge of AWS services and CI/CD pipelines.
• Communication: strong English communication for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical authority for the ML model pipeline capability.
• Lead end-to-end ML pipelines including feature prep, evaluation, deployment and monitoring.
• Integrate pipelines with Customer 360 data products and Snowflake data platform.
• Ensure model quality, observability, governance and responsible AI practices.
• Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, architects and product owners.
