Qualifications

• Experience with PCBA design, electronics manufacturing, and production test methods.
• Knowledge of Design for Test (DfT) and in-circuit/functional testing solutions.
• Ability to lead technical projects and collaborate with diverse stakeholders across locations and organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of PCBA testing solutions for new products to support successful product introductions and manufacturing readiness.
• Guide test strategy decisions by applying Design for Test principles and identifying appropriate test methods throughout product development.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and supplier partners to ensure testing requirements are understood and delivered effectively.
• Manage supplier engagement, sourcing activities, and project execution to deliver testing solutions on schedule.
• Coordinate technical documentation, software, and product samples to support efficient development and implementation of test systems.
