Job summary

Gapps is seeking a Senior Cloud & Security Architect to own the technical design of customer environments and build them with the team. You’ll define architecture decisions, justify trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders, and deliver end-to-end cloud solutions in production.

This hybrid Finland-based role invites hands-on work, close customer collaboration, and room to grow toward principal-level architecture or security specialization.

Qualifications

• Deep hands-on Google Cloud experience from real production environments.
• Background in platform engineering, infrastructure, or DevOps.
• Infrastructure as code as your default way of working.
• Security is a natural part of how you build.

Responsibilities

• Designing Google Cloud architectures and building them in code
• Building security into the foundation: IAM, networking, guardrails, and audit readiness
• Improving existing environments: security, cost, performance, and governance
• Working embedded in a customer's development team when the project needs it
• Using AI tools in daily work, from writing code to running tasks
• Sparring with the team and supporting less experienced consultants
