Job summary

Huhtamaki is seeking a Business Controller for its Foodservice Packaging segment to strengthen financial planning and analysis at the Espoo headquarters on a hybrid basis. You will drive monthly close, provide business-relevant insights, and support finance projects, partnering with global teams.

The role requires a strong analytical mindset, 5+ years in a similar controller role, and proficiency in PowerBI, Excel, and reporting tools. Hybrid work four days a week in Espoo, Finland.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or other relevant field.
• 5+ years of work experience in a comparable Business Controller role.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Analytical and proactive mindset to develop and implement new ideas.
• Experience with financial processes (P2P, R2R, O2C) is an advantage.
• Strong proficiency in English.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Managing the segment month closing process and business segment FP&A.
• Providing timely, accurate, and insightful analysis for business and finance stakeholders.
• Contributing to the business planning process.
• Supporting finance and controlling development projects to ensure lean, high-quality solutions.
• Partnering with support functions to drive business performance.
