Job summary

Access Talent Group seeks an experienced Electrical Site Manager for HV substations across Northern Europe, including Finland and Norway. You will lead electrical construction activities on site, coordinating engineers, subcontractors and commissioning teams to ensure safety, quality and timely handover.

The role requires 5+ years on HV/ transmission projects, a strong grasp of HV/MV/LV systems, and the ability to work across cross‑functional teams within a project environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience on high‑voltage substation or power infrastructure projects.
• Ability to interpret electrical drawings, schematics and protection diagrams.
• Experience coordinating multiple subcontractors and site teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day electrical construction activities on HV substation projects.
• Supervise electrical subcontractors, installation teams and site personnel.
• Plan sequencing and monitor works to align with project programme.
• Coordinate labour, materials, equipment and resources to meet milestones.
• Ensure works meet drawings, specifications and safety requirements.
