Job summary

EWI Recruitment is seeking an Electrical Site Manager for high-voltage substation EPC projects across Norway and Europe. You will lead electrical construction on site, manage subcontractors, labour, and resources, and ensure alignment with the project programme.

This role requires degree in Electrical Engineering, 5+ years HV experience, and strong coordination with civil, mechanical, and commissioning teams.

Qualifications

• Experience on high-voltage substations or power infrastructure projects.
• Experience coordinating with civil, mechanical and commissioning teams.
• Ability to operate within live electrical environments under permit-to-work and isolation systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage all electrical construction activities across the project site.
• Supervise subcontractors, labour, and electrical installation teams.
• Plan and sequence electrical works in alignment with the project programme.
• Oversee installation of HV, MV, and LV systems and equipment.
• Ensure installations meet drawings, specifications and standards.
• Coordinate activities with civil, mechanical and commissioning teams.
