Job summary

Arcadis is seeking an Energy Marshall to lead electrical safety across HV/MV/LV sites, ensuring safe isolation and oversight of Authorized Persons. The role includes audits, safety documentation, and issuing high voltage permits to work, with potential for significant international travel.

Based in Finland, the position requires in-depth knowledge of electrical safety regulations and practical experience in HV environments to uphold safety protocols and improve site power system understanding.

Qualifications

• Ability to build Energisation Strategy and the Electrical Safety Plan.
• Audit and review of switching schedules and earthing of HV equipment.
• Issue and control of safety documentation and audit trails.
• Experience leading teams including Authorized Persons in HV environments.
• Familiarity with Electricity at Work Regulations and applicable safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement electrical safety documentation.
• Audit and review site switching schedules including power on, isolation, and earthing.
• Review AP Permits to Work, Sanctions for Test, and Limitation of Access for compliance.
• Attend client meetings, mentor team members, assist in outage planning, ensure local procedures.
• Own the site Electrical safety plan, engineering policy and legislation.
• Work with clients, subcontractors, and project staff as a team.
• Consider candidates with related qualifications and relevant experience.
