Job summary

Mehiläinen Kalajoki is recruiting caregivers, registered nurses, or final-year students to join our disability services team to provide home-based care to a single client in their own home. The role includes nursing duties, medication administration, monitoring and guidance with a rehabilitative approach, and collaboration with the client and family.

The work operates in a three-shift system with flexibility, and candidates will receive thorough orientation.

Qualifications

• Qualification in social and health care or related studies.
• Proficiency in Finnish required.
• LOVE licenses valued and can be arranged through us if needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide home-based care to a single client in their own home.
• Perform traditional nursing duties, medication administration, and monitoring.
• Collaborate with client and family using a rehabilitative approach.
• Maintain flexibility with a three-shift system and orientation for new staff.
