Nokia home care supports elderly people living at home; duties include assisting with daily activities, wound care, medication management, and maintaining functional ability and wellbeing. The nurse works independently within a multidisciplinary team and plans, executes, and supports nursing care; duties include home visits, needs assessments, doctor rounds, venipuncture, and office-based client work.
