We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented nurse to work in home care in the Oulu area. In home care, every workday is different. You will have the opportunity to meet clients individually, support their good everyday life, and promote safe and as independent as possible home living.

Your tasks include taking responsibility for comprehensive nursing, assessing care needs and well-being, administering and monitoring medications, performing nursing procedures within your competence and job description, tracking health status and functional capacity, guiding and supporting clients in their daily life, collaborating with clients, relatives and other care staff, and ensuring high-quality nursing documentation.

We expect you to have a nursing degree and current professional status, a client-oriented and respectful work approach, good communication and collaboration skills, responsibility and ability to work independently, flexibility and genuine interest in home nursing. Previous home care experience is appreciated, but the most important is to provide high-quality and compassionate care.
